The Client team leads the company's strategic philanthropy and employee engagement, granting millions of dollars each year to innovative nonprofits and empowering employees to use their skills and resources to make a big impact on the world.

Responsibilities:

• Laptop troubleshooting
• Inventory Management
• Customer handling
• People Management
• Troubleshooting and enterprise end-user support experience
• Experienced in Windows 11 upgrades, IMACD, hardware maintenance, and image management
• Windows EUC patching via BigFix.
• customer satisfaction, team leadership, and service desk performance improvement.
• Audio, Video troubleshooting
• Active Directory, Remote Desktop
• Troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Windows OS, M365, BigFix 8. Outlook, MS TEAMS

This role is 100% onsite

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Understanding of End User Computing
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
